Using FSC®-certified wood, rubber or cork is a key step toward ensuring that shipbuilding materials come from responsibly managed forests. FSC certification guarantees that timber is traced throughout the supply chain and harvested with respect for environmental, social, and economic standards. By selecting FSC-certified suppliers, shipbuilders contribute to reducing environmental impact while maintaining the quality and integrity required for marine construction.
